Valentine’s Boutique delivers romantic gifts across selected EU/EEA countries using trusted European fulfillment partners and professional courier services.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after courier cut-off times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (including Valentine’s Day), processing times may be extended.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within:
👉 2–5 Working Days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination and courier performance.
Valentine’s Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once parcels are handed to shipping providers.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most EU/EEA countries.
Shipping availability is shown at checkout.
We do not ship outside the EU at this time.
📦 Shipping Methods
We use professional couriers such as Packeta, DPD, GLS, and local delivery partners depending on destination.
Delivery options may include:
• Home delivery
• Pick-up points
• Parcel lockers (where available)
Available options appear during checkout.
🏷 Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
Personal care items (including soap flowers) include legally required ingredient information.
📍 Pick-Up Points & Parcel Lockers
If you select delivery to a pick-up point or locker, you MUST provide the correct locker ID or location code at checkout.
Valentine’s Boutique is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete locker information.
Any reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
📫 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information.
Valentine’s Boutique is NOT responsible for:
• incorrect addresses
• incomplete delivery details
• parcels returned due to customer error
Reshipping fees apply.
💝 Special Occasion Disclaimer
Valentine’s Boutique cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates including Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, or birthdays.
Once an order is transferred to the courier, delivery timing is outside our control.
Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
• courier delays
• missed gifting occasions
• refused deliveries
• unclaimed parcels
• recipient reactions
📦 Large or Heavy Items
Oversized items may require pallet delivery. If applicable, we will contact you to arrange shipment.
🧱 Force Majeure
Valentine’s Boutique is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, strikes, logistics disruptions, supplier delays, or carrier issues.
