Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier delivers to the provided shipping address.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that policy.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time. Promotions may be limited, modified, or discontinued without notice and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

During peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, delivery delays may occur. Valentine’s Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee arrival by specific dates.
Orders are considered fulfilled once delivered to the provided address. Valentine’s Boutique is not responsible for lost, refused, or unaccepted gifts.
Valentine’s Boutique is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather, supplier issues, or technical failures.
Each product may have small variations due to handcrafted production.
